Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake hard and fast with plenty of cubed ice. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Zest orange peel over cocktail. Drop in an Amerena cherry.
Muddle the grapes in a Boston glass, add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a large wine glass filled with crashed ice. Garnish with grapes and mint springs.
Muddle red grapes and add other ingredients. Shake with ice. Remove ice and then do a dry shake. Strain into glassware and sprinkle ground ginger. Garnish with a sprig of grapes.
