Light, low in alcohol and a way to make you ready for more eats and libations (bubbles are popular here)
Stir ingredients and serve in mini coupe. Garnish with flamed orange peel.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake hard and fast with plenty of cubed ice. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Zest orange peel over cocktail. Drop in an Amerena cherry.
