I really enjoy contributing to the great American cocktail renaissance. I feel the whole movement does a lot to enrich our culture - on a fun level. With all the doom and gloom that surrounds us these days, we can really use it. I also really like being a part of the cocktail community; they are great people! I hope to someday own my own bar (or at least be a managing partner). The business plan is already written, and the concept is genius if I do say so myself.
