Harry MacElhone

Owner of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris during the 1920s, he is credited with creating many of the classic cocktails including the French 75.  Many prominent patrons frequented his bar including Ernest Hemingway, Coco Chanel, and Humphrey Bogart.
