I have been in Hospitality and bar environments for coming up to 25 years! (Didn’t realise it was quite that long myself). I studied Hospitality & Management at college, and completed a Catering & Management trainee course. Then really, since that time I have preferred to work in quality dining and mostly independent operations in London. Positions I have held in the past involved looking after the wine offer in restaurants and wine bars. I then developed an interest in all things cocktail related about 13 years ago. This was prior to just starting at OXO. I have been here since that time, which is highly unusual in this industry to be with one employer for so long. I have been the Bar Manager here for around 11 years. But the environment within the company and the venue suits what I like to do with emphasis on fantastic hospitality, access to great product, creative freedom and I work with some great people in a landmark London venue…
