Suzanne found her way into bartending after school. As a math student and someone who dabbled in acting, she felt that bartending was the most entertaining way to use math, yet still be an artist. A mentor told her early on that she could make a career out of bartending, and so she has. Barbacks give her the inspiration to teach others how to bartend because according to her, “Somewhere along the way, someone took a chance on all of us.
